    I’m the Technical Director here at WoodITC. Having joined the firm in September 2015 from a legal IT background. It is my job to ensure all technical aspects of the business are flowing and striving for continuous improvement to promote maximum satisfaction not only for our clients but also the hardworking team here at WoodITC.

    Since joining the firm the demand of our services has driven growth and expanded our workforce five-fold and we have no intention of stopping there.

    I have a strong passion for all things networking related but an even stronger passion for
    snooker (some may call that boring but that’s what you get growing up in a working men’s

    Service Desk Manager

    I’m the Service Desk Manager here at WoodITC. I joined the company in July 2020 and it has been my privilege to work with and manage a fantastic team of technicians, helping to provide support to our always expanding clientele.

    As the Service Desk Manager, it is my job to ensure, as a team, we are always meeting and exceeding our service standards, whilst providing effective, friendly and clear IT support to our clients.

    On the rare occasion I’m not in front of a screen, I can be found in the gym! I love all things fitness, but my biggest passion is bodybuilding.

    Service Desk Administrator

    I’m the service desk administrator for Wood ITC. I joined the company in October 2014 as a first line support technician and am now the service desk administrator. I oversee the team of technicians covering the first line support and make sure the current procedures are followed for dealing with tickets. I also oversee equipment repairs and order requests.

    Since joining the team at Wood ITC the company has grown and I have enjoyed working with all the wonderful clients we support.I am happy to talk to all our clients and I feel content to know I am able to resolve a large amount of
    the issues that come through to the support desk and keep all our clients running smoothly.

    I am a very passionate reader and love curling up with a good book and a cup of tea. I also love my family and enjoy spending time with my husband and girls (as they are growing so fast, I won’t have much longer to spend with them).
